Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world’s largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimise portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions. We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the top-of-funnel pipeline target end to end, including outbound, inbound, campaigns, events, paid, and content
  • Own conversion across the funnel, including landing pages, website, lifecycle nurture, and activation points
  • Build and operate the GTM automation layer using Clay, HubSpot workflows, enrichment APIs, and account scoring
  • Design and run multi-channel demand campaigns against named accounts
  • Stand up and optimise outbound sequences and account engagement
  • Run growth experiments across channels and the funnel with a weekly iteration cadence
  • Own growth analytics, reporting, attribution, funnel metrics, and channel economics
  • Shape the messaging architecture and content engine

Requirements

  • Experience building a demand generation and growth motion from scratch at a startup or growth-stage company
  • Breadth across growth, demand gen, growth marketing, lifecycle, and conversion
  • Proven track record of owning and hitting a pipeline number
  • Systems thinking regarding conversion rates, leading indicators, and automation
  • Builder-operator mindset with the ability to personally wire up workflows and build campaigns
  • Bias toward experimentation, speed, and weekly iteration
  • Experience operating in a targeted account motion (ABM) and buying committee mapping

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or asset management technology
  • Experience building GTM automation infrastructure
  • Experience operating across US and international markets simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot, and modern enrichment and intent tooling
  • Experience generating demand for POC to expansion sales motions at enterprise scale
