Responsibilities
- Build and own the RevOps foundation, ensuring clean pipelines, accurate forecasting, and actionable conversion data
- Drive inbound and growth by identifying high-leverage channels and running fast experiments across content, partnerships, and events
- Connect marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes through systems thinking
- Build dashboards and perform data analysis to drive decision-making
- Execute GTM strategies to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in PE/VC, consulting, investment banking, growth, RevOps, or GTM strategy
- Experience in an early-stage B2B environment
- Ability to thrive in 0-to-1, high-intensity environments
- Strong analytical skills and obsession with data-driven decision making
