Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes growth projects from diagnosis to cross-functional playbook
• Identify and drive high-leverage growth opportunities across marketing, product, pricing, sales, and operations
• Interrogate data directly to spot opportunities and measure progress
• Work with engineers to productionise new ways of working using AI
• Move at pace to test hypotheses and take intelligent risks

Requirements

• Background in startups, scaleups, BizOps, or Chief of Staff roles
• High agency and ability to execute on vague briefs
• Commercial fluency in revenue, contribution margin, and conversion metrics
• Full-stack toolkit with ability to move between product, ops, and marketing
• Strong analytical skills and comfort pulling own data
• Bias for action and a founder mindset
• Must not require visa sponsorship
