Growth Lead - Agency Sales

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert high-value new business opportunities using Organic Search as a primary entry point
• Develop tailored proposals combining SEO, Digital PR, and Content with Paid Media and Creative services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to create long-term commercial opportunities
• Lead strategic deal-making and own large-value opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
• Represent the agency at conferences, industry events, and senior client meetings
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales cycle effectively
• Mentor and support team members to develop their sales skills

Requirements

• Proven experience driving new business growth within a digital agency environment
• Strong knowledge of Organic Search, including SEO, Digital PR, and Content
• Experience selling integrated digital marketing solutions across multiple channels
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of managing high-value opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience representing a business through networking or thought leadership
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital marketing
