About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3 million in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase to define the future of energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the buildup and scaling of the solar installer partner channel
• Act as a point of contact for partners regarding project inquiries
• Develop outreach strategies, pitch structures, and decision-making processes
• Acquire new partners and manage parts of the partner pipeline independently
• Measure, analyze, and optimize partner processes using HubSpot CRM
• Support reporting structures and automation to drive data-driven growth
• Test incentives and assist in the rollout of partner programs

Requirements

• Practical experience in Business Development, Consulting, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or similar
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of priority and strategic impact
• High interest in B2B sales, real estate, energy, or startups
• Ability to work in a high-pace, high-ownership environment
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in energy, real estate, or B2B sales is a plus
