About the role
Responsibilities
- Expand the partner network in the German market through targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital meetings.
- Manage onboarding communication for new partners to reduce time-to-first-value and increase retention.
- Handle post-sales communication regarding contracts, processes, and invoicing to build partner trust.
- Maintain the HubSpot database and ensure sales reports are accurate and data-driven.
- Train sales staff within partner organizations to effectively sell Cloover products.
- Drive customer satisfaction surveys and translate insights into actionable product or process improvements.
- Support the founders in daily operations and drive strategic projects with C-level visibility.
Requirements
- Enrolled student or currently in a gap year, available for 3–6 months (start date ASAP).
- Previous experience in a fast-growing startup, top-tier consulting, or a financial institution.
- Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to conduct sales and onboarding calls in both languages.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Based in Berlin and able to work on-site in our office-first environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
- Interest or background in ClimateTech, energy, or sustainable finance.
