Responsibilities

• Help execute go-to-market strategies to improve customer acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Analyze customer interactions using HubSpot and other tools
• Work with the sales team to meet targets and improve processes
• Research target segments and generate outbound leads
• Help launch marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads

Requirements

• Interest in customers, sales, and relationship building
• Understanding of technology sales and software products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide good customer service and build rapport with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems
• Familiarity with Zapier
• Relevant previous experience
