• 5+ years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Marketing roles in a high-growth digital environment
• Total professional experience must be under 10 years
• Expertise with CRM and marketing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven record of driving growth in customer retention or acquisition
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from a tier-I institute
• Prior experience in the Gaming industry (Real Money Gaming preferred)
• Experience in the D2C industry
