Responsibilities

• Own outreach workflows including target segment identification, data preparation, and campaign tracking
• Maintain contact databases ensuring data hygiene and proper segmentation
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth analyses and recommendations
• Develop and launch new growth initiatives and acquisition channels
• Contribute to international expansion strategies and EU growth goals
• Support brand development as a leading platform for networking and knowledge
• Execute tasks at a rapid and intense pace

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• Must possess a valid UK work permit (no visa sponsorship available)
• High aspiration to become a future leader within the company
• Passion for the company mission and long-term goal achievement
