About the Company

Paradigm is a new type of spreadsheet for automating manual research with agents. Backed by General Catalyst and Y Combinator, the team is composed of serial builders from Google, MIT, Microsoft, and more, working to build an agent-centric workspace for knowledge workers.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and engage high-level prospects
• Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions
• Discover customer business objectives and engage stakeholders via cold outreach
• Iterate on growth strategy to optimize the GTM motion
• Provide timely and insightful input to the product team

Requirements

• 1+ years in a growth role or a proven track record of success in another domain
• High adaptability and ability to thrive in an intense early-stage environment
• Willingness to travel onsite to prospects and customers domestically and internationally
• Ability to learn product expertise and AI research tool usage quickly
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-native products and usage-based pricing
• Highly ambitious or competitive background (e.g., athletics, debate)
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Technical background, such as software engineering or computer science studies
