Responsibilities

• Act as a founding growth team member to find and scale novel distribution channels
• Uncover distribution hacks including community empowerment, partnerships, and viral content engines
• Scale, automate, and optimize growth channels using payback math and data-driven insights
• Own the customer journey by identifying drop-off points and running tests to fix funnels
• Utilize analytics stacks to determine true drivers of growth across messy, cross-domain channels
• Leverage the latest AI tools to generate creatives and automate workflows

Requirements

• Proven track record in growth at a startup, consulting, or finance
• Ability to execute projects end-to-end from ideation to scalable implementation
• Strong analytical skills with an obsession for data and metrics
• High level of creativity combined with mathematical reasoning
• Extreme hunger to win and operate in a high-pressure environment
