About the Company

Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs complexity for the world's largest companies, allowing them to move at the speed of their ideas rather than being slowed down by legacy SAP systems. Having recently raised a $60M Series A, the team is a small, talent-dense group operating out of London and NYC.

Responsibilities

• Build the Conduct brand from scratch to ensure every CIO, enterprise buyer, and engineer knows the company.
• Execute diverse marketing tasks including ghostwriting high-reach LinkedIn posts and filming customer case studies.
• Manage high-impact projects such as negotiating billboard space at tech conferences and briefing agencies on product launches.
• Drive brand awareness and establish Conduct as the most exciting tech company in the world.

Requirements

• Sharp creative taste and relentless executional drive.
• Proven ability to build things (processes, products, companies, side-hustles, or brands).
• Ability to run multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional writing and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical instincts to measure and iterate on growth initiatives.
• High level of autonomy and ownership.
