Growth Generalist

Responsibilities

• Ideate and run experiments across growth channels including partnerships, events, hackathons, and social media
• Perfect user onboarding and the overall platform experience
• Help build and engage an early community of researchers, developers, and builders
• Track performance, share learnings, and iterate quickly
• Pitch and execute original ideas

Requirements

• Available to start immediately for an 8-month full-time contract
• Self-starter with a bias toward action
• Comfortable with ambiguity and creative problem-solving
• Understanding of communities, culture, and viral mechanics
• Experience organizing events, building an audience, or managing successful side projects
