About the Company
Eventual is the company behind Premium Lock, the 3-Year Price Guarantee for home insurance. Our mission is to make American housing more affordable by first tackling home insurance chaos. We are a high-energy team with expertise from Blackstone, Citadel, and early-stage fintech startups.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle sales process including lead generation, setting meetings, hosting demos, and onboarding insurance agents
- Build and manage relationships with the existing network of insurance agents to optimize performance
- Test and deploy growth automation tools to improve distribution
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and product positioning
- Maintain CRM hygiene to track, verify, and report performance for founders
Requirements
- Extremely strong communication skills and confidence presenting complex concepts
- Ability to handle repeated rejection in a high-pressure, high-growth environment
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning
- Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles (Santa Monica) or New York City (Tribeca)
