Responsibilities

  • Execute the full-cycle sales process including lead generation, setting meetings, hosting demos, and onboarding insurance agents
  • Build and manage relationships with the existing network of insurance agents to optimize performance
  • Test and deploy growth automation tools to improve distribution
  • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and product positioning
  • Maintain CRM hygiene to track, verify, and report performance for founders

Requirements

  • Extremely strong communication skills and confidence presenting complex concepts
  • Ability to handle repeated rejection in a high-pressure, high-growth environment
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning
  • Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles (Santa Monica) or New York City (Tribeca)
