Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaigns from audience segmentation to pipeline attribution reporting
- Build and manage an outbound engine using AI agents for prospecting, enrichment, and inbound routing
- Proactively identify new pipeline through under-explored segments and intent signals
- Partner with Business Operations to improve the Go-to-Market data foundation
- Operationalize target account coverage by maintaining accurate contact lists and touch cadences
- Automate repeatable processes across Salesforce, Clay, Dust, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong
Requirements
- 5+ years building scalable GTM systems in high-growth startups
- Proven track record of owning and hitting pipeline or revenue targets
- Technical fluency in SQL, APIs, agent frameworks, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay
- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Tray, or n8n
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow or Apex
- Ability to balance long-term architecture with fast, scrappy execution
