Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, from identifying growth opportunities to shipping and measuring results
• Build and iterate across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and data layers
• Design and execute A/B experiments in close collaboration with data science teams
• Create scalable and performant systems to support large-scale growth campaigns and initiatives
• Partner with product, data, design, and marketing teams to bring Suno to millions of users

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent expertise
• Deep experience with full-stack development
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
• A bias toward shipping fast while maintaining high code quality and user experience
• Experience applying AI tools to new workflows and use cases beyond code generation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US
