Responsibilities

• Own the entire marketing website codebase, performance, reliability, and user experience
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web pages
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch landing pages and content
• Build custom web experiences for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
• Drive growth by optimizing pages for conversion, SEO, and performance
• Instrument and manage analytics tools like Segment and Google Analytics
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on website experiences
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment environments, and site reliability via Vercel or Netlify
• Ensure best-in-class SEO, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and security

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling modern marketing websites
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with analytics instrumentation (Segment, GA)
• Prior experience with modern CMS platforms (Strapi, Webflow)
• Experience optimizing performance and SEO at scale
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and user behavior tracking
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Practical experience with deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
