Responsibilities

• Own technical implementations for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including landing page experiments, signup funnels, and lead routing.
• Build and maintain the A/B testing framework, feature flags, and targeting logic.
• Architect integrations between the website, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms using APIs and webhooks.
• Write JavaScript for dynamic content and personalized user experiences.
• Debug and maintain the GTM infrastructure and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 5–9 years in growth engineering or web development with a CRO focus.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL skills.
• Direct experience with CRO and A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience building integrations across APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with tracking implementations such as GA4, Segment, RudderStack, or server-side GTM.
• High degree of ownership and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React.
• Experience with marketing measurement and growth concepts.
• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or regulated industries.
• GraphQL experience.
