Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end growth features across onboarding, referral, and market discovery flows
• Build and maintain core growth surfaces including leaderboards, referral code systems, and social share mechanics
• Partner with marketing to translate GTM asks into scoped engineering features
• Instrument features with event tracking and funnel analytics
• Run A/B experiments and analyze results with statistical rigor
• Identify drop-off points in acquisition and activation funnels

Requirements

• Proven track record shipping production growth features (referrals, onboarding, virality loops)
• Strong full-stack skills to build independently across frontend and backend
• Experience working directly with marketing or GTM stakeholders
• Fluency in experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
• Strong product instincts and ability to make speed vs. quality tradeoffs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a crypto or web3 product company
• Familiarity with prediction markets or financial products
• Background in consumer growth at a high-scale startup
