Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch growth experiments across web and mobile platforms
• Run A/B tests across onboarding journeys, product features, and conversion funnels
• Build in-product growth mechanics including notifications, referral incentives, and retention campaigns
• Optimize user acquisition funnels from landing pages through to attribution and conversion tracking
• Work closely with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities and prioritize experiments
• Ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with the ability to deliver features end-to-end
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs
• Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, and product-led growth
• Experience using AI-powered development tools as part of your engineering workflow
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to production

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in fintech, consumer products, or Web3
• Personal crypto trading experience
