Growth Engineer

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure powering network growth, including GTM systems, automation pipelines, and AI agents
• Develop technical solutions to remove friction across provider onboarding and activation
• Design and ship go-to-market tools and lightweight systems for growth and operations
• Embed AI and automation into GTM workflows to accelerate outbound and improve intelligence
• Design and run experiments on onboarding and growth surfaces to improve conversion
• Define the foundations of the go-to-market engineering function

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
• Engineering experience at fast-growing product-driven companies
• Experience working across APIs, data pipelines, and automation
• Strong product instincts and ability to balance speed with reliability
• Familiarity with or curiosity about growth and GTM software systems like Clay, HubSpot, or n8n
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
