Flux is building the world's first AI hardware engineer. Our platform enables anyone to go from idea to manufacturable board using natural language prompts, democratizing electronic design automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship growth experiments including prototypes, landing pages, and onboarding flows
• Diagnose user friction using data, research, and intuition
• Optimize onboarding and activation to accelerate user "aha" moments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
• Quantify impact by setting up instrumentation and tracking experiment performance
• Maintain a scrappy approach to automate workflows and tweak website architecture

Requirements

• Strong technical coding and prototyping skills
• Proven record of delivering measurable growth experiments
• Empathy for technical users such as engineers and designers
• Quantitative mindset focused on data and funnel metrics
• Entrepreneurial persistence and bias toward action
• Clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a startup scaling toward product-market fit
• Exposure to developer tools or technical SaaS products
• Proficiency with SEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation
• A portfolio of past growth hacks or creative projects
