About the Company

Exa is building a search engine for the AI era. Our Search API currently powers Agents, Fortune 500s and AI labs as we transform an industry that hasn’t been disrupted since the 90s. We're a largely SF-based team of ~100 from Harvard, MIT, Meta, Google Research, ex-founders & dropouts alike.

Responsibilities

• Launch growth strategies, ads systems, landing pages, SEO pipelines, and viral tools
• Build new paid acquisition systems from scratch and manage budget allocation
• Ship well-designed pages optimized for SEO & AEO to drive pipeline
• Develop automated outbound and viral tools for developer communities
• Turn working experiments into scalable, automated systems
• Use Exa's own API to generate targeting lists and research accounts

Requirements

• Hacker mindset with a focus on finding creative arbitrage and ways to win
• Ability to bridge the gap between engineering and distribution
• Proactive problem-solver who generates multiple solutions quickly
• Experience in one of three profiles: Data-driven (paid channels/attribution), Creative (guerrilla marketing), or Infrastructure (full-stack engineering)
