Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Scale the Bounce marketplace by building systems and product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion
• Take ownership of real customer problems and turn them into simple, delightful full-stack experiences
• Drive rapid experimentation through A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and improving conversion funnels
• Write high-quality code for mobile and web applications using Elixir, React Native, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to take features from initial concept to production
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and architecture in a fast-paced, 1-week development cycle

Requirements

• Experience developing and shipping production-ready code for large-scale systems
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Javascript, Typescript, Elixir, or Ruby
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or React Native
• Proven ability to design and test APIs and build maintainable codebases
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• A generalist mindset with a desire to own features across the entire stack
