Responsibilities

• Build systems and product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion
• Take ownership of customer problems and turn them into simple, delightful backend and frontend experiences
• Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and improve conversion funnels through rapid experimentation
• Collaborate with global teams to support new product innovations and business initiatives
• Write high-quality code for mobile and web applications
• Maintain and improve existing code and architecture

Requirements

• Relevant experience developing and shipping code for production systems
• Proficient coding skills in Javascript, Typescript, Elixir, or Ruby
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, React Native, Javascript, or CSS
• Proven experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and testing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on velocity and full-stack ownership
