Responsibilities

• Further develop and optimize the Enpal career page
• Plan, create, and publish video and social media content
• Produce content at academy locations, construction sites, and in operational environments
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on employer branding and growth projects
• Support the generation and optimization of lead inflows
• Analyze relevant performance metrics and derive recommendations for action
• Coordinate external service providers and internal stakeholders

• Interest in employer branding and growth development
• Ability to create engaging content for social media and video
• Analytical mindset for performance tracking
• Strong communication and coordination skills
