Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel and pipeline generation through field events, influencer marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and partner programs
• Expand reach within the engineering community to drive awareness and trust
• Drive integrated campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional strategic programs with Sales and Product
• Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across social, programmatic, influencer, and web channels
• Build ABM and Direct Mail campaigns to open pipeline with target accounts
• Act as a founding member of the go-to-market team to build growth engine and infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand gen, program management, or growth marketing in B2B
• AI-first mindset with comfort using AI tools for efficiency
• Familiarity with modern martech stacks and data integration workflows
• Strong project management skills for running multiple simultaneous campaigns
• Proactive problem-solving approach and strong communication skills
• Systems thinking ability to bring structure to ambiguity
