Growth Customer Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively pursue upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
• React to real-time customer signals to identify upsell opportunities or determine the right moment to engage and retain customers
• Upsell relevant customers to higher-touch engagement models and partner closely with Sales to seamlessly hand over large-scale opportunities
• Recommend and transition customers to more advanced and higher-value packages
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention
• Proactively address cancellation risks, work to prevent churn, and re-engage customers
• Demonstrate product value through regular meetings, strategic guidance, and consultative support

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Management, or Inside Sales)
• Proven track record of handling upsells or expansions
• Proficiency in English
• Strong consultative skills and ability to build trust with business stakeholders
