Growth, Credit & Lending Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with customers from onboarding through ongoing growth, specifically focusing on those building credit and lending products.
• Apply fluency in credit and capital markets to understand customer risk profiles, reserve requirements, underwriting, and lending structures.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Solutions Engineering teams to help customers navigate regulatory and technical complexities.
• Build playbooks, processes, and best practices for how the Growth team supports credit and lending customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform the product roadmap for credit and lending infrastructure.
• Perform day-to-day activities consistent with safe and sound banking practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in credit, capital markets, or lending-adjacent roles (e.g., leveraged finance, FIG investment banking, direct lending, or structured finance).
• Deep knowledge of how credit and lending products work, including reserve requirements, underwriting, and capital structures.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex customer partnerships and work effectively across internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive, solutions-oriented partner.
• A growth mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
