Growth Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats
• Create ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels
• Develop scalable design and motion systems to increase team velocity
• Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants
• Partner with performance marketers, copywriters, and product marketers
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to testing strategy
• Build templates, automations, and AI workflows to expand production capabilities
• Help evolve how Ramp’s brand shows up across growth marketing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work
• Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)
• Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building automations, templates, or internal creative tooling
• Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs
• Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
• Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
• Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks
