Growth Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and management of Cresta’s organic growth engine across SEO and AEO
• Scale and optimize AI-scaled content initiatives focused on experimentation
• Develop scalable, derivative content frameworks for reuse across channels
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear messaging for enterprise buyers
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI answer engines
• Partner with Marketing Ops to establish KPI frameworks and reporting
• Improve and scale the use of AI tools in content workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and sales

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or growth content in SaaS or B2B tech
• Proven success building content programs that drive organic traffic or pipeline
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy
• Excellent writing and messaging skills for complex technical concepts
• Highly data-driven with experience in performance analysis
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in contact center technology or customer experience software
• Experience in hypergrowth startups or scale-up environments
• Background in product marketing or solutions marketing
