Growth Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business opportunities and identify strategic applications for WPP Open capabilities
• Develop client-specific proposals and presentations articulating WPP Open's value proposition
• Create compelling prototypes, tailored demonstrations, and solution showcases for client use cases
• Support value-consultative sales discussions alongside Account Executives
• Translate client insights and sales-cycle value into actionable information for Client Success and Enablement teams
• Monitor WPP Open features, AI advancements, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Assist in strategic positioning and messaging for WPP Open aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with pricing and partnerships teams on commercial models and strategic alliances
• Contribute to team and WPP Open revenue growth targets through impactful client engagement

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with ability to approach issues from multiple perspectives
• Foundational understanding of product growth methodologies
• Familiarity with Ad Tech, MarTech, and AI applications in marketing
• Understanding of advertising, marketing, and media data
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business environments
• Strong desire to collaborate and contribute to team success
• Communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional, multi-location teams
