Growth Consultant

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end implementation of Bizom SaaS supply chain automation product
• Configure software architecture to match customer requirements
• Manage master data, service requests, and data troubleshooting
• Communicate client requirements to internal teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Provide technical assistance within SLA and assist with report generation
• Document requirements, conduct UAT, and secure client sign-offs
• Ensure user adoption post-go-live and provide regular updates

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile/computer savvy
• Understanding of the FMCG business model
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure startup environment
• Experience in SaaS product onboarding or support is a plus
