Growth & Community Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch small-scale A/B tests to validate audience segments
• Test and scale channels including schools, influencers, and social media
• Manage ambassador and influencer activations to drive youth engagement
• Run school outreach and community events
• Write and adapt content in Arabic and English
• Track key growth metrics such as CTR, conversion, CAC, and retention
• Deliver weekly reports on experiment results and insights

Requirements

• 3–5 years in digital or growth marketing
• Experience in startup or youth-focused environments
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
• Deep understanding of GCC youth culture and social trends
• Proficiency in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker
