Growth & Community Lead

Responsibilities

• Own Extend's company social presence on X and LinkedIn end-to-end, including strategy, cadence, voice, and reporting
• Build a content distribution engine for blog posts, customer stories, and technical write-ups
• Manage the executive content program to turn leadership insights into high-cadence social posts
• Design and run social-first campaigns around product launches and customer wins
• Establish and track key metrics such as qualified engagement and pipeline influence
• Build community across online channels, forums, and IRL events
• Experiment with various content formats including long-form threads, memes, and video
• Explore collaborations with the creator network

Requirements

• Strong writing and speaking skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts like LLMs and agents
• Deep fluency in developer and tech culture on platforms like X, GitHub, Discord, and Hacker News
• Direct experience scaling social media and ghostwriting with a proven portfolio
• Ability to explain dense technical ideas to both non-technical operators and senior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in producing short-form video or podcast clips
• Experience building small apps, tools, or side projects
