Responsibilities

• Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company
• Design and execute growth initiatives from market strategy to hands-on campaigns
• Partner with leadership to translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes
• Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across product, GTM, and operations
• Ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact opportunities to accelerate company trajectory

Requirements

• Background in a top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
• Ivy League MBA
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth
• Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments
• Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive
• Proficiency with strategy frameworks and financial modeling
• Experience with growth and GTM systems such as Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or Clay
• Ability to work in the SF Office
