Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies centered on core value propositions
  • Create compelling marketing assets including graphics, one-pagers, and short-form copy
  • Engage in niche Recruiter and HR communities to build brand authority
  • Manage large datasets of potential leads, including cleaning and segmenting lists
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns using automated email tools
  • Book 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO
  • Manage CRM flow and ensure lead qualification

Requirements

  • Experience with Email Automation and CRM tools
  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Figma
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets (CSV files)
  • Experience targeting the Saudi market
  • Strong sales DNA and resilience to rejection
  • Tech-savvy approach to marketing and sales automation
