- Develop and execute marketing strategies centered on core value propositions
- Create compelling marketing assets including graphics, one-pagers, and short-form copy
- Engage in niche Recruiter and HR communities to build brand authority
- Manage, clean, and segment large datasets of potential leads
- Execute outbound sales campaigns using automated email tools
- Book 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO
- Manage CRM flow and ensure lead qualification
Requirements
