About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with legal professionals, partners, GCs, and other key decision-makers
- Provide tailored consultative solutions to meet client business objectives
- Design, develop, and execute growth strategies for legal services markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and RFPs
- Create compelling business proposals, pitch materials, and thought leadership campaigns
- Analyze legal market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with partners and marketing teams on client targeting and cross-selling strategies
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Experience within law firms, professional services, or consultancy environments
- Proven track record in B2B consultative selling to corporate decision-makers
- Strong understanding of the legal services market and law firm operations
- Ability to articulate complex legal services to non-legal clients
- Proficiency in RFP processes, proposal drafting, and pitch presentations
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
