Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers
- Identify and leverage digital and hyperlocal marketing channels
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, content, email, and paid advertising
- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives using data and feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing roles
- Experience in consumer brands or startups, preferably in real estate
- Proven track record in driving growth through digital and hyperlocal channels
- Strong analytical and design thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work as a hustler and get things done
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software
