Atlas is the concierge charge card for high-net-worth individuals and their companies. We pair 24/7 concierge access with no-preset-limit spending, giving members insider access to dining, luxury travel, and experiences that are otherwise impossible to get. We've crossed $1B in annualized transaction volume and are backed by Y Combinator, Elad Gil, O1 Advisors, Eric Schmidt, and other leading fintech and consumer investors.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting by identifying, researching, and reaching out to high-net-worth individuals
- Manage the referral program, including testing incentive structures and tracking conversion
- Systematically work the inbound pipeline to move prospects from application to approval
- Monitor social signals to engage potential members directly
- Handle growth operations, including tracking, links, and follow-up logistics
- Support the Atlas dinner series and member events through guest list curation and venue coordination
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a top program (last 2-3 years) or background in banking/consulting
- Understanding of the high-net-worth world and its language
- Highly organized with the ability to build systems for scrappy work
- Exceptional writing skills for outreach and internal briefs
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work without constant direction
- Genuine taste and cultural awareness regarding luxury travel, dining, and experiences
