Responsibilities

Depending on the specific team assignment, responsibilities may include:

• User Acquisition: Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including bid, audience, and creative testing.
• Playable Ads: Designing and developing high-impact playable ads and researching audience preferences.
• Monetization: Analyzing user interaction with ad stacks and running experiments on placements and formats to maximize revenue.
• Account Management (B2B): Working with external publishers to help them interpret data and improve app performance using Voodoo's platform.

Requirements

• Final-year student from a top engineering or business school
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making
• Genuine interest in mobile apps, games, or performance marketing
• Autonomous and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in English
