Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, internal requests, and cross-functional follow-ups across AdOps, Creative, and Analytics
• Coordinate asset collection, creative requests, approvals, and ensure timely launch of creatives
• Maintain accurate forecasts and trackers, monitor pacing vs targets, and flag risks or underperformance early
• Track campaign performance, identify anomalies, and coordinate optimization requests with internal teams
• Prepare reports, decks, and summaries to support client calls and QBRs

Requirements

• 1-3 years in AdTech, digital marketing, customer success, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
• Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and spreadsheets
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Clear written communication and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile advertising, programmatic, or UA environments
• Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot) or workflow systems (Jira)
