Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top professionals across multiple industries using LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
• Discover and experiment with new sourcing channels to expand reach
• Engage and maintain strong connections with experts to ensure long-term collaboration
• Oversee multiple recruiting and sourcing pipelines to deliver qualified experts at scale
• Partner with Project Managers, Product, and Engineering to improve sourcing workflows
• Drive rapid expansion through high-impact recruiting and sourcing efforts

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or recruiting
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
• Ability to drive high conversion rates and manage funnels effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments such as startups, consulting, or finance
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience to meet ambitious targets
