About the Company
Clarion uses AI agents to handle the patient journey from end-to-end, managing scheduling, referrals, and prescription refills to solve capacity issues in healthcare. Backed by Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia, we are an in-person team based in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through cold outbound and manage inbound interest
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted multi-channel outreach including phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Advance opportunities through strategic discovery and qualification
- Expand and refine outbound strategy through prospecting and list curation
- Partner with AEs to advance qualified leads through the sales cycle
- Represent Clarion's mission to the market with credibility and empathy
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development
- Proven ability to drive cold outreach and run outbound campaigns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRMs, outreach platforms, and Sales Navigator
- Ability to work from the NYC office 5 days a week

- Experience selling into healthcare organizations
- Interest in healthcare workflows and challenges
