About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and iterate email and calling outreach sequences based on data and hypotheses
- Conduct cold and warm calls, structure initial conversations, and perform professional objection handling
- Identify and qualify decision-makers in technical procurement based on ICP criteria
- Hand over qualified opportunities to specialists and maintain pipeline transparency in HubSpot
- Use intent signals and supplier data to prioritize outreach
- Feed insights from calls and email performance back to the team to support GTM strategies
Requirements
- Initial experience in B2B outbound (e.g., SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Telesales)
- Ability to think in sequences, hooks, and hypotheses
- Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based outreach
- Structured, data-driven working style and clean documentation
- Hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn
- Native or near-native German language skills
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or modern sales tools like Clay, Apollo, or Ocean
