Growth and Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the integral growth and performance strategy, including digital marketing, media planning (Digital and ATL), and retail marketing at points of sale.
• Drive demand generation, conversion, and marketing budget efficiency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on business results.
• Continuously analyze funnels and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement A/B testing and utilize dashboards and data for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate agencies, providers, and internal teams to ensure execution aligns with the overall strategy.
• Supervise the implementation of campaigns and promotions across the dealer network.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance, media, or commercial marketing with direct responsibility for measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Expertise in performance marketing and demand generation.
• Proficiency in digital and ATL media planning and purchasing.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and investment efficiency.
• Deep understanding of data analysis, marketing funnels, and customer journeys.
• Mastery of metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Proven experience coordinating agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
