Growth and Acquisition Media Strategist

Responsibilities

• Architect the end-to-end paid social media roadmap for DISH and Sling TV to drive profitable subscriber acquisition.
• Transform influencer initiatives into high-converting performance engines using Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.
• Direct external agency partners to co-create testing roadmaps and guide daily optimizations.
• Partner with internal analytics and finance teams to integrate marketing mix modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA) into channel KPIs.
• Utilize generative AI and creative automation tools to scale dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and short-form video testing.
• Standardize campaign naming taxonomy across the agency ecosystem to ensure precise reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or media.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-velocity paid social portfolios at scale.
• Fluency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proven experience directing enterprise-level media agencies of record (AOR).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Background in subscription-based businesses, entertainment streaming apps, or telecom networks.
• Expertise in technical marketing infrastructure, including Conversions API (CAPI) and server-to-server tracking.
