Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire user journey
• Conduct complex, rigorous analyses including cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, and LTV forecasting
• Design, implement, and analyze controlled experiments to provide statistically significant recommendations

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Expert proficiency in SQL
• Advanced experience with modern data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Deep understanding of statistical significance and A/B/n testing execution
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPA

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
• Proficiency in statistical tools or languages such as Python or R
