Growth Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily campaign results and communication assets to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports with automated alerts
• Provide analytical support to the Communication team through daily test analysis and segmentation
• Map and document data sources for internal and external communication points
• Analyze A/B experiments, defining metrics and providing actionable recommendations
• Automate data pipelines and analysis routines using AI techniques
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to incorporate insights into decision-making

Requirements

• Analytical profile capable of transforming data into actionable growth recommendations
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or PySpark for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with AI techniques applied to process automation and analysis
• Experience with A/B testing and applied statistics
• Data storytelling skills to communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with CRM, marketing, or marketplace ecosystems
• Interest and curiosity regarding Artificial Intelligence
